Dispute between two adjoining landowners – one with a vineyard and one with a shopping center. Legal issue was the application of easement of necessity where one use was seasonal agricultural and the other high-end shopping center.
Called upon to decide controversial land use case involving vineyard, water use, road impacts, and endangered species in well known wine production area.
